At Starters, we believe firmly in supporting the community that supports us. The Starters Fundraising Program is our way of saying Thank You to local schools and community organizations for the great work they do to better our community and neighborhoods.
Starters' fundraisers provide a fun and easy way to help schools, non-profit organizations and charities raise much needed funds to continue to do the great work they do. In the end, everyone wins and your supporters can enjoy a great meal in a great atmosphere while feeling good that a portion of what they spend is supporting your organization! Let's face it, everyone has to eat - so why not let it benefit you?
Dine to Donate
Starters will donate up to 10% of all sales during a fixed period to your organization!
- We will design a flyer to promote the fundraiser that you can distribute, put it up on your website, social network and/or email to your supporters and friends of the organization.
- Your supporters will come in to eat and present the flyer to our staff. We will track the sales and return 10%, Sunday through Thursday and 5% Friday and Saturday, of all qualified purchases to your organization. Deducted from the 10% are all alcohol sales, tax and gratuity. It’s that simple!
- In addition, our team will work with you on innovative and fun ideas to motivate your group including Celebrity Bartending events & more.
- Please note that distribution of flyers is prohibited at any Starters locations.
Guest Bartender
Starters will donate up to 100% of all tips collected during a fixed time period to your organization!
- Everyone has thought it would be fun bartending for their family and friends behind a real bar before. Now you can make your dream come true! Your family, friends, co-workers, people in your organization and even yourself can work with the finest Bartenders in the Valley! We put you and/or people from your organization behind our bar to pour the finest drinks to members of your team and our bar patrons.
- Our Celebrity Bartender nights are held on Thursdays at Starters Riverport from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at our main bar.
Restrictions:
- Your Organization must bring at least 30 people to participate in this function.
- Since our bartenders will be donating all their tips for those two hours and working for you, we ask that the organization pay our bartenders $10.00 per hour. We generally have 3 bartenders and for those 2 hours, the cost would be $60.00. This money can be paid either from the tips collected that night, or from the Dine to Donate program, but only if the Dine to Donate has raised enough funds to cover this cost.
- All celebrity bartenders must have Starters bartenders enter in all drinks being served by them into our computer system. Free drinks will not be tolerated.
- Certain restrictions apply.
Gift Card Promotion
Sell Starters Gift Cards and earn 20% profit for your organization!
- Simply purchase $500 worth of Starters Gift Cards and Starters will add an additional $100 worth of Starters Gift Cards at no cost to you. Resell all of the gift cards at full price and your group has earned a 20% return!
- Starters Gift Cards may be purchased in any dollar value increment of your choice as long as the total amount is $500 (i.e., you may purchase 50 gift cards at $10.00 each, 20 gift cards at $25.00 each, etc.)
Example:
- Purchase 50 gift cards at $20.00 each (totaling $1,000). Starters will include an additional 10 gift cards at $20.00 each. Resell all 60 gift cards at $20.00 each and you’ve earned $1,200 – a 20% profit! It’s that simple!
